No, not Vincent Van Gogh, the 19th-century post-impressionist painter who died in poverty and found fame after his death. But Vincent Vladimer Van Gogh, 42, of Delray Beach, according to our news partners at the Sun Sentinel. Van Gogh was stopped by police about 11 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Boynton Beach Boulevard. He had a suspended driver's license and 2.6 grams of crack cocaine.
