I have a sinus headache and just want to relax. This guy I have been kinda seeing/dating... I don't know what it is, calls and wants to come over so I can help him with a paper. I am so kicking his @ss out if he wants me to 'write' his paper. I am done with all my work until I start graduate school in the Fall, I didn't plan on helping with paper! Sorry totally venting!

You're not his mother. Tell him to do his own work. Oh he will do his own work, but I don't mind helping by proof-reading or making suggestions.

But it was also meant to tell you to do something fun (like relax with a glass of wine) if you feel like it and not to work on someones paper if you don't.
