If you are concerned about upsetting the people you are with then keep your mouth shut and don't offer anything unless asked. If you don't care about upsetting them then by all means speak up.

I seem to always stick my foot in my mouth! I always tell people my opinion and how I perceive certain situations without being asked. It tends to upset many because I am honest and sometimes harsh. I never mean it in a negative way it is just my thoughts. Is this a bad thing? Should I learn to keep my mouth shut? 'Cause when a Texan fancies, he'll take his chances, and chances will be takin, now that's for sure. And them Limey eyes, they were eyein' a prize, that some people call manly footwear. And they said you're from down South, and when you open your mouth, you always seem to put your foot there.
