Ruth!! You're back. To Heather and Ruth, I read Nancy Drew, Little House on the Prairie, and the classics too. Yep. Had to take some time off to focus on my health issues and keep up at work. It's nice to see you again. |

I refuse to read the great Russian classics. Not because they are Russian. But because they are terribly sad and depressing. There are enough depressing things in life already. So I'll skip them, thank you very much.

the writing of Ian Fleming fueled my imagination as a young man it was not considered "proper" reading in Catholic School,so i used it to get "under the skin" of the priests and nuns be seeing you

My oldest sister taught me to read before the age of 3. By the time I was 3, I was reading regular books. By 4, I was well into reading full-length novels.

I got hooked on scifi books in elementary school. I loved reading - think they called it SRA back then - you know in he stone age - ha ha
