if you don't want to hurt her by breaking up with her, make her break up with you.
change. start being a jerk or even better, be really clingy. call her a hundred times a day. get all jealous when she doesn't come home right away or when she doesn't return your calls. become all depressed and talk about how she's too good for you and that you don't know why she wants to be with you. get all emotional and cry when you talk about how much you love her and want to be with her.

there're loads of ways to really drive her away so that she thinks she's the one leaving you.

that's if you can't man up and give it to her straight.
