When is a date..a date? A) When you're talking about a specific day in question, ie., the 23rd of Novemeber. I was born on that DATE. B) When you're talking about the legume called a "Date". He took a bushel of dates, and make fig cookies from them. C) When two or more people have something scheduled on a specific day. Suzy, Danielle, and I are going to the movies on Friday night, and afterwords, I hope to get them back to my place. OOPS.. A date is a fruit, not a legume, per wikipedia.. My bad.

good question. i guess it would be when it is understood that someone invites you out to get to know you after expressing an interest in pursuing a romantic relationship. I don't remember him really expressing wanting a romantic relationship.. I just remember him slyly flirting with me and being stoked to Pluto and back about us going out Wednesday ha ha ha
