have you ever been in the position where you had cried so much that after a point, you literally can't muster any more emotion out of yourself?

yes when my husband passed away. I cried so much it actually was physically painful.

Yes and it was gut wrenching! My body went back and forth from aching all over to feeling numb, like I was walking around in a shell.
I am sorry if you are having a bad day. |

sometimes tears dont find a way out coz theres so much emotion thats built up yet it doesnt find a way out through your eyes..it sits in there making your heart feel heavy and one day like a volcano it bursts out and then there is no control

Been there Done that Sometimes it's lethargic though It can also be cathartic...scientists have proved that there are different chemical compositions in different types of tears...ie...tears of sadness, tears of joy, etc... I have found that tears of immense saddnes & pain smell & "taste" like amonia to me...it's also been proven that the chemical responsible for anxiety can be released in tears...which for me, proves the old adage : Sometimes, a woman just needs to have a good cry... And they wonder why women on the average, live longer than men... |
