Boring:

TV commercials (except for the Activia one with the parrot)

Waiting in the car for a train to go by

Waiting in the car for a red light to turn green

Waiting in the car after the red light has turned green but the idiot in
front refuses to move because he's expecting to see a brown star or a
blue parallelogram instead of a green light

Reality TV! Ugh. I don't want to see some lump from Wyoming singing
"Muskrat Love"

People with 9000 medical problems who have to tell you about every
single one, even the made-up ones

Golf.

Golf on TV. Please, do you have any footage of a chimpanzee playing a
banjo? That would be more exciting.

People who read something you wrote and then ask, "Was that character
based on me?" If you have to ask, then, no, that character was not
based on you.

People who know everything and who are always right.

People who make overly long lists of things that are boring, which thus
become boring in themselves.

Drink coffee, read turn it in to quiet time.

For me that is the best part of the day

Really it is the time I miss Gwen the most.
We would wake up early, I'd go make coffee,
Bring her some & we'd talk about life.
Mornings were our quiet time together.
