Mornin' Kiddies! Had a couple jobs today. Only one finished up though. I have a meeting tomorrow with a gal at a nursing home for LOTS of work so that's very cool! Hey Pol good luck with the new gig!

I hope so Pol! Lord knows I need the money! This deal with the assisted living outfit looks like it'll pay off pretty good. The manager of the one location was asking if I did any other handyman work besides appliances. It turns out some gov't agency gave 'em an audit and they have six or eight things they have to get fixed in the next 30 days. Nothing too major but it's a couple hundred bucks here and a couple there.

Yeah Star, and it doesn't hurt that their maintenance man quit a few weeks ago so they don't have anyone else to turn to for this stuff. With the demand that they get it fixed or at least have a plan within 30 days they're in a bit of a bind. Hopefully once they see I'm not soaking them with these jobs and that I know what the heck I'm doing it'll pick up from there. Heck, this operation has six buildings in five locations around the Milwacky area.

Thanks Star but I'm not counting any chickens just yet! We'll see how the meeting with the location director goes tomorrow. The nice thing is she already got an email from her boss saying I'm the go-to guy.
