does it have to be facial?
if not then my quirk would be the dark green mole on the front of my left shin which is about the size of a one-cent coin. i also have chubby-ish fingers. |

Dimples & a very slight "crazy eye" when I get my pic taken... 
I also have Rosacia (a reddening of the skin like a sunburn) but it covers easily with make-up, doesn't hurt...& frankly, I forget I have it. |

I got a pretty bad scar on my right eyelid from a car wreck about 12 years ago. My face hit the dashboard at about 70 miles an hour. Sure showed that glovebox. People don't really notice it unless I mention it; then it becomes pretty noticeable.
Oh yeah, and my ears are uneven. Never actually noticed that til a few weeks ago. |

I have a caved in forehead from all the windshields, a caved in chest from hitting all them pesky steering wheels and no teeth from the steering wheel.

A gap between upper central incisors, I wanted it filled but my dentist thought I would look rather silly having a tooth the size of a boiled rice grain stuck in my mouth!
