I agree, this forum has definately died. And it would be a decent place to actually meet someone as opposed to going through endless profiles. You would think it would be more popular... Oh well I guess

well Renissence, maybe since nobody else seems to be up to actually getting together maybe we should set the example my only issue with that is my vehicle is still back home in utah so im limited to as where i could meet with anyone

Maybe ya'll need to organize a road trip to up here...we always have a blast!

I wouldn't be opposed. We really do need to get a good group of people of in houston to hang. People in Houston really lack conviction! That's how we lost the football team people!!! Remember?

Also make sure to stop in to the "Where are all the Texas people?" thread & intro yourselves...we're always giving updates on plans & meets...in fact, we're having one this weekend...whoo hoo!

Yeah just do what we did we had a cookout and well it has been a regular thing now for some of us to meet up for drinks and eats for a few hours and enjoy the conversation. All as friends if ya hook up with someone great if not we still have fun no matter what..... Ohhh by the way Fort Worth here Just get someone to organize the meet where and when and go from there. We have gotten to where we meet at Applebees mainly now they are all over and have a good Happy Hour and Appetizers as well.... Everyone goes dutch that way there is no problems......

Hi, I'm Cathy, new here. I'm in what I classify as North Central Hub. Where it all come's together. lol I'm 56, single, active and would love to meet and make quality friends to go out and have some fun, gals and guys both, as a group. My interests are mostly outdoors, camping, backpacking, travling, riding the river, going to blues and rock live music, cycling, workingout, back yard grilling, gardening, healthy cooking and eating.
