But sadly enough this is what employers want. They want the certificate that shows that we learned all this stupid common knowledge crud. I am just SO glad that I only have two more week of this. Trust me, I am going to need that truck load of drugs by the time I am done.

The sad thing when you really think about it is this. why are they teaching this class to adults in the first place? Just like you have to take basic algebra in college?

Its our school systems in the first place They no longer teach the basics in school. Some time ago someone found a third grade test from the 1800"s.. I would say most people today could not pass it. It was a 5 hour test 5 subjects. I tried and failed it miserably.. so now its a "big business" thing get your money to teach things you should of been taught years ago.

Was it a citizenship class

I think the school system really needs to re-evaluate the whole curriculum.
