Depends on the sevarity of the con. If it's a matter of 3 dollars I'd let it slide. If were talking 50 and on dollars then I get pissed and get the police involved. Either that or I chase them down and take back what's mine.

Anything you can do about it legally? Call the cops. Beyond that you are on your own, you can hand them their own ass or let it go.
