2 or 3# of chuck meat
butter to taste garlic powder to taste 6oz button mushrooms 2 whole egg 1C standard bread crumbs black pepper to taste Grill you up the burgers but before u do it brush butter on-top and while they cook.. Next dump the garlic powder over top the patties Prepare and lay out your mushrooms and dip in egg mix. Now, dredge in crumbs and fry in deep fryer till brown. At the end crack some black pepper over-top the 'shrooms
