I almost have a whole full of dinners planned Thanks guys If I don't happen to have all the Cheeses, I add some browned crumbled-up spicy Sausage, Pepperoni Slices, Bell Pepper, Black Olices, or whatever you like as a topping, to customize it to your taste... |

Lesson number one. Don't let the spaghetti get cold before you mix it with the eggs and butter. It was a bit like two grizzles fighting over the last salmon.
After 40 minuters the cheese is melted when I took the lid off. I guess you meant to brown the cheese which is happening as I type. |
Lesson number two. Don't put your mail next to the burner cooking the sauce. Paper burns.
It is out of the oven. It looked the right amount of brown after fifteen minutes past taking the lid off. It's Cooling |

Lesson number three. If you put something containing cheese in your mouth that is really hot, you will burn yourself.
I had a pound of hot Italian sausage that I needed to use so I added it to the mix. I also had an extra bell pepper and an onion so that went in too! Lesson number four. If you add a bunch of extra stuff, it won't fit in the same size pan. Now I have to clean some of the dripping cheese from the bottom of the oven. Looks good. Tastes good. Is good. Thanks for a wonderful idea! |
