hey fanta, I have a dumb question (dumb cause I could answer it if I
chose to research it). With everyone you named being brought up for impeachment (assuming it happens) and getting impeached, who do you think the interim president would be? I can garuntee you it would NOT be an elected president by the people. There is an entire chain of people to take office in case the one above them can not for whatever reason. I forget every rung of it now, but it was taught in basic training. here is an example: 1. president 2. vice president 3 and 4. seceratary of state/defense (i forget who comes first) and so on down the entire list of poloticians, even going into the standing ARMY generals. In the case of a lost president, we do not choose the interim at all. it is picked up by the next person in line. So if the entire cabinet gets impeached, who is next to gain office? hmmm? |

Why would you think that was a dumb question?
Do you need help to fiqure it out? Cause Ill help you if you dont know, and hardly make fun of you. LMAO You mean you really dont know? Or are you being a smart ass? |

lol I am serious bud, I can not remember the full chain or who is where
in it, lol. And I am too tired to research it tonight |

Next in line would be Nancy Pelosi, the others are insignificant but
Robert Byrd would become VP....... |

Republican Sen. Olympia Snowe of Maine, on a trip to Baghdad with other
lawmakers, said she is not convinced that the Iraqi leaders have a sense of urgency about achieving political reconciliation. She said she told Abdul Aziz al-Hakim, head of the country's most powerful Shiite political party, the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq, that the Iraqi parliament should refrain from taking a recess this summer. "As we are doing the military surge, we should have a political surge by the government," Snowe said on a conference call with reporters. "They (U.S. troops) should not be on the front lines while the parliament is at recess for two months," she said. |

1) how many votes were counted in the 1st elections in the new Iraq? 2) How many were from other countrys? 3) How many in Iraq were registered to Vote? 4)How many expatriates were registered to vote? |

In 2005 there were 26 million people in Iraq
14.25 mill registered to vote 8 mill voted 280,000 expatriates registered from the US and 14 other countries 190,000 of the expatriates actually voted.. That is an est. 56% that voted |
