sometimes i wonder
why the plans i make
get torn asunder
so i will take
a path unmarked
though it's clearly wrong
and i follow that path
so very long
til once again
i've lost my way
well i'll try again
some other day
to reach the road
i first intended
to follow along
until it ended
but i'm the type, i fear
that gets distracted
to the lesser worn
way i'm attracted
so after awhile
i finally return
just to step back out
i may never learn
to walk the way
that i've been shown
and venture to
the great unknown
i hopes that i
can rest my bones
and that i will
not rest alone
an aimless fool
without a plan
but i accept
the way i am
