I dislike being asking 'what are you looking for'.
Besides 'hey baby' or 'what's up', What are the one-liners that you don't like? |
"How YOU doin?"
"How YOU doin?" Totally cool for the tv show, totally not cool for a one-liner! |

Anything like "Sup" or "Hi" or "your hot!!" or like that is automatically going to generate "You should go back and read my profile before you contact me."
Agreed. I was wondering if anyone would get the jist of the written version.....thank you.

The worst one for me was, I got an e-mail where the subject was "Hi."
And all she wrote in the e-mail itself was, "Hi". |

Some times shorter words such as one liners can open into much more then that, I would take it as an ice breaker. I mean people are as nervous as you and the other way around.
There was a song I believe it was a country song that stated something like this " I had you from hello " . I can understand where most people do not like one liners but if you ever give that person more of a chance to open up, then who knows.. I mean you never know when you could have missed out on a really great man or woman etc etc just because they choosen to use a one liner word. Just something to think about is all. |

I dislike being asking 'what are you looking for'. Besides 'hey baby' or 'what's up', What are the one-liners that you don't like? What are you looking for in a partner? What kind of relationship are you looking for at this time? How do you feel about long term relationships? dating? friendship? This is what I am looking for... (and explain, then ask) How about you? And the list can go on... [Oh and by the way, those are totally copyrighted! So don't copy! ] |

Any variation of "say something interesting," AKA "entertain me." ....Which if experience is anything, means that I'll be carrying the conversation and getting "haha, that's true," in response.
