Anyone have any suggestions for homeopathic, natural, or other non-medicinal rermedies for sore throat associated with tonsilitis? My tonsils are killing me!!!! It hurts to even think about drinking anything, let alone try to eat....

Gargle with whiskey then swallow. Repeat until pain disappears.

Hot tea with honey and/or lemon, ice chips, make your own popsicles out of juice or flavored water, keep your throat warm (scarf or something). Good luck

Honey helps to soothe sore throats. Either take it by teaspoon or put it in warm tea or warm water. Recommended by my son's doctor.

Try a bit of mouthwash and peroxide. It will kill germs and soothe throat.
