have someone you were talking to on here and u have alot in common and were talking for a while and having great conversations and then when they finally ask for ur number and u give it to em, and they dont call, nor email or anything? i mean, i guess its better then a phone stalker or somethin haha

Yeah...it happened to me. Turns out I was so excited that someone wanted to call me, I gave them the wrong number.

Better to weed them out now, rather than down the line when you're emotionally invested.

im not expecting anything actually, the guys on here email me, and i get to talking and then it just ends up in well, you know the no call thing, which im ok with, but i just hate wasting my time for people who have no interest in me ya know?

Some people lose their nerve when it comes to talking on the phone or meeting in person. It may not have anything to do with you but rather the other person's own insecurities. Most of us fear rejection; some worse than others. And taking that next step (phone conversation) may be more frightening than the guy anticipated when he asked for your number.

I have a story to tell. Ahem... Twas was the night of my first college party, the drinks were flowing. The party was a graffiti party, where you wear a white shirt and people write on it. My friend forgot to tell me to wear a white shirt, so what i ended up doing was having the girls sign my chest, stomach and back. Later on that night, a girl gave me her number. The next morning i went to check what was all written and low and behold, there was a number on my right shoulder blade. This story does not have a happy ending. She couldn't write straight and in the right direction. I tried to figure out the number with no luck. Moral of the story, the number goes INTO the phone and not on the back.
