As far as not receiving any communications from people on the site, I think that's an "immediate gratification" issue. It usually involves someone who is very new to the site, and hasn't received much attention yet -- because no one knows they're here yet. As far as the problem in real life, assuming there is one, that's a little harder to pinpoint. |
