I have been in a really good mood lately. Even with getting mails from someone who only sends one liners and wanted to meet after two days. I never said I wanted to meet anyone???

One of the days he sent me a mail he was going to lunch. I was thrilled. I really was only replying at that point to be nice. He returned and said, Now where were we? I replied, Well, I think it was where you were sending me one line em-mails every five minutes.

Seriously.... I would let four or five add up before I read them.

Why do people send mails like this is a messenger system? I'll do so with my friends, but this person honestly thought he was trying to get to know me.

Hey sunshine, when you find out let me know. I just delete the one liners and when bored I reply with another one word or one liner.

Maybe I'm old fashioned. Maybe I'm unrealistic. I like to meet new people here and make friends. I do!! But how can that happen when you get mails like this: (Each line is a seperate mail, and just examples. They are not actual mails)

me: What do you do?
them: I work at _______.
me: What do you do, though?
them: Oooops. lol.
them: Guess I scared you off.
me: I was at work.
them: Oh yeah, forgot. You like music?
them: want to meet sometime?
them: I forgot concerts.

some people just can't multitask

those that send the one line/word emails - are normally sending out numerous emails with the hopes of getting responses.
