Thats true BUT people still own homes and renovate AND of course there is ALWAYS upkeep on current ones ... :) |

My friend is going to buy a house in hawaii....she just has to get permission because they want you to be a "resident" hmmmmmmmm...... can you say HOLIDAYS!!!
