1 - 2 pound of macaroni your fav.. prefferably thin

4 red onion sliced

2t paprika

3T butter

2 packages of shredded cheddar and swiss cheese

2 pounds of bay scallop

1 pound of tiger shrimp

1 pound wild bass or catfish

black pepper and salt to taste


cook macaroni according to directions set onions aside. sprinkle onions with paprika. Use the butter to make your basic white sauce of course use flour and milk. Dump cheeses in sauce. Dump macaroni in pan after drain. Dump your sauce, seafood, and spices over macaroni. Add garlic powder and garnish with mint or fresh parsley.

Serve with
a) steamed broccli
b) sour dough bread with sliced roma tomatoes on top

and for dessert consider a banana pie
