30 Minutes Later My head pounding, palm against my forehead My brain over loaded with thoughts The house is now quiet My my mind is destructively loud This repetive pain, self inflicted misery Can't you see I have tried I have tried over and over Now the will is gone My soul and eye, simoultaneous tears All directions, point to disappointment Cracked compass, clouded judgement I see life alone, one way or the other My last try, my silent plea hoping and wishing you hear me
