Endless rantings leaving echos of disparity
Penetrating the exquisite nurturing of calm
A formidable vessel lies infected w/ guilt
Roughly breeding from it's ruthless charm

Splintered fragments from crackling throat
Leaving innocence with some redolent stain
Stealthily grasping for crime-less victims
A masked need lies dormant awaiting gain

Sanity passing through an hourglass frame
Seasons vanishing through ill-fated time
Casting shadows hover over precious hope
Offering the luster of a street worn dime

Tides washing steadily over faultless Man
Dreaded water failed to hydrate his skin
Once flavored sweetly with upscaled life
He's now reduced and parched from within

Felled by tainted mind lacking conscience
His self-served doom by uncharted choice
Once so boastful with an arrogant posture
Slay-ed countless with a scalpel-ed voice

Now some claw less crab hopelessly beached
While insects attempt to breach his shell
Longing soothing shade & unwarranted mercy
A silenced pardon near the gates of Hell

His diminishing heart seeking repentance
A cracked steeple draws time closely near
Desperately searching for some forgiveness
Through moth riddled webbings dripped fear
