Topic: What are you looking for thread... | |

I'm trying to find someone who will do my laundry. And I'm trying to sell some books. And I'd like to meet someone compatible but I think the laundry deal is a lot more likely.... Sounds quite complicated ![]() Actually, it is. Imagine a guy, dressed up in a clown suit and a blindfold. He's standing on a ledge outside a window on the 79th floor of a building. There's a helicopter hovering twenty-seven feet away from him, and someone in the helicopter is throwing cantaloupe at the guy in the clown suit, but the clown can't see it because he's wearing a blindfold. All he knows is he's being hit by something round and heavy and painful and vaguely fruitlike. In the room behind the clown, there are seven crocodiles (each wearing a different colored hat, but the guy in the clown suit can't see that) waiting for him to fall back into the room so they can eat him, or maybe play Yahtzee with him, although this is not normally the sort of thing that crocodiles do. To make matters worse, the building itself is on a fault line, and some strange alien creature from Neptune is trying to activate a "tectonic accelerator" to make the tectonic plate under the building shift. None of this has anything to do with anything, but I think it would make a great reality show on Fox. |

Really the smiles are wonderful! i get in on the threads. i've just stopped looking for anything. all of the women are either too young, too old, too far away, too heavy, or too good(in their minds) for me. which means there is nothing for me to find. but i can voice my opinion with little retaliation. . . . |

Drew, I can totally identify with this -- well, except for the "too young" part -- but I'm not looking anymore, either. Comes a time when you have to accept the reality that certain things are simply not going to be found in certain places; it's nobody's fault, it's just a simple fact. But I have found that this is a great place to be, for many other reasons.... |
