As of this morning, Spay has been banned permanently from the site.

Spay attacked other users repeatedly on the site. We warned him
multiple times and gave him several chances to behave, but he did it
again via a mail message yesterday, even while on suspension.

We know some of you liked Spay, but we will not permit users to
repeatedly attack other users on the site. Users who continue to attack
other users or otherwise cause problems on the site will be banned,
regardless of how long they've been a member.

Why is it that the new people can come in and slash and bash, and not
even get a slap on the hand, but those of us who like to speak our minds
get kicked off??? Oh, because we can only talk about sex issues openly,
and not other topics...
Just because some do not agree???
What happened to freedom of speech...
If ya read something ya dont like move on to another post,
and go on,
we are all adults here...geez...

Sweet, I think this is because people are paying more attention to - and
more readily report - the behaviors of the long standing members. Plus,
some people accumulate enemies over time, who look for opportunities to
report. That might not be completely 'fair', but its life.

Some people who are easily offended by the new people may be hoping they
will settle down on their own. Or for all we know Mike/VC have been
sending warnings to those 'slash and bash' new people and 'giving them
their chances', while the long standing (and then banned) members may
have already used up their chances.

I don't know (aside from rumors) anything about the details of these
situations, so I might agree with you about these cases. In general,
though, after looking at the flame wars i've seen elsewhere on the net,
I'm glad Mike/VC implement some standards. Such people can go elsewhere
and sow discord.

Ty, Tulip. I know Spay pushes at times and can be upsetting, but I feel
he's been railroaded. I don't believe he sent anything to Ralph. I could
be wrong, but doubt it......Couple of people just wanted him gone. I
think we need to do more here at JSH to authenticate profiles. Too many
multiples and frauds. Also to easy to heist someone elses' profile and
use it to wreak havoc; case in point. It has happened before and
EVERYONE who has been here a while knows it!

man.

It was his own decision.

He reaped what he sowed.

There's no agenda, no conspiracy -- he screwed himself when he sent that
e-mail.

It's that simple.

So keep on defending him all you want.

It won't change anything.

He's gone, because his behavior warranted it.

HIS behavior.

And if you think that kind of behvior is OK, then, I'm sorry, but we
will never see eye to eye on that subject.

How can you claim JSH is all about "respect" and "community" and then
