When the health and happiness of each partner supercedes that of him/herselve's, that is true kismet.

This is my observation from the ones that last but, more importantly, are HAPPY. I mean, lotsa' people can stay married but the trick is to stay in love and excited to wake up each day.

Go toss a salad.

ok now what???

Rinse everything except the 'shrooms. Break the lettuce core out, and trash it, along with two outside leaf layers. Separate off only the amount of lettuce needed for the salad, leaving the remainder intact for the veggie bin. Toss off loose water from the salad lettuce, and chop strips and then cut laterally. Chill the lettuce. Peel and slice cucumber.
De-seed the pepper; get ripe red peppers instead of unripened green ones. Slice into vertical strips.
Keep cuke slices and pepper strips at room temp.
Fix your 'shrooms anyway you like.
Prepare lettuce bed. Add tomatoes and peppers. Circle plate with cucumber and mushroom.
Serve with Earth Goddess salad dressing.
Add chunks of cauliflower, slices of sweet turnip, parsnip, etc, as finger food.

Shred cheddar cheese ontop..........
