i am sorry of anyone has experienced this. but I do KNOW SOME GOOD JUDGES, COPS, LAWYERS ETC these people DO care and aren't corrupt. they look at the whole picture now let's turn this around (since we want to focus on this instead) what about the child and the custodial parent? i understand people lose their jobs... but it's a struggle for the other side as well It is a bad situation for everybody. It affects the child most of all and they are the priority. which is why the courts I know of....understand the best interest of the child. if someone goes to the courts BEFORE being arrested and explains that they don't want to avoid child support...alot of judges will give a time frame and defer payments |
