span of uncomfortable silence you've ever had on a date?  I cant stand that on a date or on the phone. It really gets on my nerves. I try to talk when that happens but it can be annoying when a person wont talk or try to make any kind of conversation.

span of uncomfortable silence you've ever had on a date? Water was GREAT.......and I got to know everyone,,,GREAT FOLKS,,,and well their food was a bit dry but,,,it was a real FUN NIGHT!!!!!  Sort-of

Here goes.
I went on a date once, and he was all into the whole "how long does it take for you to get ready for a date" and "do you do you finger nails"..blah blah...So I am waiting outside for "my date" and hear comes this man. He reminds me of Don Knots. Polyester pants and everything. We go in, I order the baked potato soup, and he says, "you sure got quiet". I said "do you not see there is no chemistry here?" "He said I guess I do now." I paid for my soup and left. |
