Hardly ANY of the houses I drive by look like the pics they have online. They take the pics from angles that make the house look bigger, better, HOT!
This reminds me of profile pics of guys I then meet in person and go WTF !!!! |

Okay .. and SOMETIMES looks (first impressions) can be deceiving.
We JUST came back from seeing a house that is even prettier than mine (I was stressing that downsizing would have it's payback ) It is pretty from the outside, but lacked a little foliage (we have big maples in the front of my house) .. But walk inside ... OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's amazing .. just amazing. Everything we are looking for and more! Now I just need to get approved to lease it when I'm still unemployed. Anyone out there who prays .. please hit me up !!!! I believe this house is a miracle. Oh ya babyyyyyyyy |

Yeah, and you're hoping for a LTR, not a month to month thing.

$$$ talks.
bought a vehicle, two days ago. looked it over, test drove it, and talked turkey with the dealer. The asking price was higher than I could get for the vehicle if I decided to sell it next week, and then I offered him the cash that I was willing to go, on the spot. Take it, or leave it. He took the money, and I got what I wanted. Point: You've got the $$$ power, regardless of employment. Shake it in their face. Business is business; excuses are a means of haggling with you. Haggle back. IMO |
