I have been sitting here thinking about a few things this evening, things that I have been through in the past few months, some good, some bad, some shared, some hidden. But through all of this....all of you have been here for me. If you weren't showing your support and kindness through the many posts in this wonderful community, you were emailing me with warm wishes and prayers.
I have been to the point of nearly wetting myself with laughter, crying uncontrollably, praying to my God and dancing in the aisles.
I am so proud to see what we have gained here. I remember not long ago, several very special people left this site on a very sad day. Luckily, some have returned and I am so glad to have them back, as I am sure all of you are! And not long ago, myself and others were concerned as what was happening to the site.
We stood our ground, held to our beliefs and continue to treat one another with grace and respect. We all enjoy the fun, the harmless flirting, the stories of new love, excitement of a first date, weddings.....and new babies
Men have stood up for the ladies, the ladies have put the men in their places (at least they let us think we have ) We have asked for advice, given advice, stuck our feet in our mouths more times than we can count, pinched butts, sent flowers and butted heads....But more than anything....we have become a HUGE WONDERFUL FAMILY....and I am so proud to be here with all of you....I love you all in my own little way....Miskim

Awww I agree!! I joined a year and two months ago and it was the best choice in my life. Its like we kind of know each other on here and some of us have history together, others are new friends, I even met some great men on this site. I could never leave Mingle2 though thats for sure.

This is home

It really is and the memories I have of this site are great. Not all but amazing. It gave me my first kiss from this guy I met on here, etc. I would not change anything!

i had a friend talk me in to joining in nov,and i am soooooo glad i did,i've met a lot of great folk's here and a lot of new friend's some have become my family have gained 2 big sister's sevral lil sis's some brother's and every one i vist with here make's me fill like we r all family,even if we dont know each other and when some one need's a prayer every one here is there and when we loose some one to GOD we r here to support them and this is my second HOME and we dont visit a lot but i know u r a true friend kim i could not even think of leaveing as a few count on me to b here or on the land line for them and that bring's me joy

This is a Homecoming for me. I joined JSH a couple years ago. A little over a year ago I began a journey, just as the change was made to *mingle*. I have returned to hearts and souls who welcomed me home without reservation.

There are differences in the two sites, but not in the hearts of those I have known and loved. We often had to be reminded on JSH that it was a "dating site", here the advertisers make it obvious, but it's the people, these hearts, that make this house a home.

I am not able to spend much time within these walls, but when I can find it, I am here, for my heart dwells here in many places.

It is people with hearts as yours Kim that give it this good feeling, this sense of "HOME", and as long as others continue to share of themselves, their thoughts, dreams, desires and love, this will always be our shelter in the storm.

I thank you for your always kind and wonderful presense here, for being a part of what gives this place its warm and fuzzy feeling, making it a home.

even though i am fairly new to this site, i agree i did not know about the forums until just recently but i have enjoyed waking up to mingle forums and have LAMO at some of the posts, i will say that of all the places i could be online this one is my favorite, i am here to stay and will continue to grow with my new mingle family!!!
