Crock Pot Mac n Cheese

1/2 lb uncooked macaroni or hearty pasta
1 egg
4 cups of milk (I use skim)
4 cups shredded cheese ( I sometimes mix it up with cheddar and pepperjack, it gives it a zing)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried mustard

Spray your crockpot with cooking spray.
In a bowl whip egg and milk together then add spices. Add cheese and noodles and mix together well.
Pour it into the crock pot. It will appear liquidy.

Cover and cook on low for 2-5 hours, or on high for 1-3 hours. Time varies with type and size of crockpot.
(I wouldn't leave the house while this is cooking, as the time varies.)

mine is easy: make your mac & cheese---then, just add one can of tuna. mix well; top crackers with the mix & put a cherry tomato half ,on top of each one. Enjoy.**

Let me just advise you! ummm from the silly voice of experience..do not taste it and think it needs more mustard. Ahem. As it cooks the taste goes all through it, and if you put in much more, you will have the mosstttttttt awful after tastegrumble
