LOL...at least she had a date... |

i'd change the baby on the table and hand my date the diaper but everybody knows that i'm just wrong......but i have a great time, regardless. it's just life. it really just...is. Oh my Gosh....I think I'm in love |

I would dress in sweats, t-shirt, sneakers, pony tail, and no make-up also if I so decided to. If a man is interested in how I dress instead of my heart....then hey I don't need him.

Maybe she thought she was being open and honest as in "this is who I am baby and all". But I don't think I would do that. And it appears they hardly knew each other so I'd be concerned for safety of both.

Even so, going on a date looking all grungy just seems a little rude.

Even so, going on a date looking all grungy just seems a little rude. Grungy is looking like you spent the day doing chores and not bothering to clean up before going on a date. That's how she looked. |

I think it's personal perference or opinion.. I find it grungy as well, but I am not one that would wear sweats anywhere but to clean or to bed if I were freezing cold.. I also do not go out of the house without makeup or my hair done... Again, my preference on how I choose to appear in public...

I would never take my baby near a stranger!!!

I went downstairs to have some garlic bread and a soda. The couple at the table across the isle form me were having dinner and had a baby. Probably not yet walking, but looked big enough to be nearly there. They were getting their left overs boxed up when I got there. They continued to hand around and talk. Eventually the baby started to get a little fussy and they started talking a little louder. I realized they were meeting in person for the first time and had met on Facebook. And they were talking about things I would have already talked about before I ever met a person. Maybe I'm just odd that way. Nothing seems out of the ordinary until I realized this was a first date. My first thought is, would you take your baby with you on a first date? Okay, maybe. Can't find a sitter. Baby's too young to get attached from one dinner. My second thought it, wouldn't you want to wear something nicer than a sweat shirt and jeans? And look a little more presentable than a sloppy pony tail and no make-up? He was in nice jeans and a nice shirt and she looked like she had spent the day doing house cleaning and didn't care what she looked like to go meet this man for the first time. Am I the only one that finds this odd? If she has a baby, I would not have a problem with her bringing the baby along. They don't eat much... |

I would never bring my baby along. I'd prefer to wait a while and know the relationship is going somewhere before introducing someone to my children...
