When I was a child, St. Louis didn't have shopping on Sundays. Now they sell everything including liquor on Sunday. I don't know if it's a bad thing. It's all that I've known as an adult. |

I remember when I was a kid and Texas had the "Blue Laws"
certain stuff couldn't be sold on Sunday EDIT: in the small West Texas town I live in everything is STILL closed on Sunday except for the Dairy Queen |

Ohio already sells alcohol on sunday.
Indiana so does not... Ive lived in indy most of my life...I would think it was weird as heck if you can buy alcohol on sundays.. and it would also cut down on bar sales.. |

Colorado's went into effect in July of last year, it is no biggie. All they did was take the religion out of the controls over alchohol sales. No bad effects have happened here for it. |

colorado can finally sell on sundays and i love it but the blue laws still cover car sales on sunday which makes it hard to go car shopping at car lots since they are not allowed to conduct business on sunday.. for the church going people, they deserve to stop and grab a pint after a bad sermon on sunday....

As I recall, the bars had to close by midnight on Sunday or did that change too??? I have never closed a bar on Sunday so I don't know. I know the bars took a big hit here when the smoking ban went into effect. I used to go to the bar maybe four times a year and I have even stopped doing that since the smoking ban. Cigs go with my beer. |
