Topic: PLEASE Drive Responsibly. | |
---|---|
I was just talking to a good friend, and he got into an accident by somebody making a blind left turn.
this is what is left of his car. Tears rolled down my face as I was looking at the pictures. PLEASE for crying out loud follow the rules of the road and drive with care! |

its ok they arent going to be manufacturing saturns for too much longer anyway. my mom got hit quite hard in her old saturn vue. she took an olmost direct hit from someone going 50 mph, and her car held up well and she was just sore for a few days. |

He was checked out by a doctor, and his neck is sore, but he will be OK. Thankfully. And yes he is ALWAYS buckled in. Will not even start his car until his seat belt is on.

Wow, glad to hear he's okay!!! Thanks for the reminder about careful, mindful driving!!! I hated my kid getting her license knowing there are so many wreckless drivers. Not just teens, not just drunks. Ones on meds or ones in a rush, etc.

If that makes you cry try being in an accident or try being in a building that someone hit in to while driving than having to see the effects of that!!! Thats alot scarier than seeing some car

Air bags are horrible, better get checked again. They told my mom she would be fine too after her accident. Come to find out the imapct from the air bag killed the message center in her brain.

<<<-----<<<-----<<<-----I worked for the government at a secure site after 9/11. It was the day before my birthday. My job kept me at work for many hours. On my way home on the CT/RI border a bus hit my car and drove me into the concrete dividers. The car was split in half and I fell out of the front of the car. It almost ripped my arm off, broke my foot, and many other injuries. As I was waiting for the ambulance to get ther, I heard the CT/RI State Police singing happy birthday to me, because they could not believe I was talking and alive.....Don't waste time being negative and a nay-sayer. This thing called life can be gone in the twinkle of an eye.

These aren't just "some pictures"...these are real stories about real people... |

I'm glad he's ok! People really don't pay attention enough at all lately. The other day, someone was in the left lane, yapping away on the phone, then decided she needed to make a right hand turn right in front of me. Almost hit me.
