Let's face it...not all "funny" is created equal... Some people are genuinely funny...some people just THINK they're funny...& some are just downright stuffy...
Have you ever dated a person who's family just has no concept of what "funny" is? How did you handle an evening with them? |

My ex-husband's family was so dry you had to blow the dust off of them...sometime's it's just not worth the effort to try to liven up a funeral procession...

I have one brother whose sense of humor is only on gross mode and not only do we not want to hear it, but he insists on picking the most inappropriate times to share.

I've backed out of potential dates because I noticed a lack of humor in her. There is little that appeals to me more than a genuine sense of humor.
