After cooking his breakfast in his new



electric skillet

he sat down with his



calculator



(MADE IN MEXICO )







to see how much he could spend today. After setting his



watch



(MADE IN TAIWAN )



to the



radio



(MADE IN INDIA )



he got in his



car



(MADE IN GERMANY )



filled it with



GAS



(from Saudi Arabia )



and continued his search

for a good paying AMERICAN JOB.



At the end



of yet another discouraging



and fruitless day



checking his



Computer



(Made In Malaysia ),



Joe decided to relax for a while.



He put on his

sandals

(MADE IN BRAZIL )



poured himself a glass of



wine



(MADE IN FRANCE )




and turned on his



TV



(MADE IN INDONESIA ),



and then wondered



why he can't find



a good paying job



in AMERICA.

And then john smith wondered why bill clinton signed NAFTA and his job he had was sent to india, mexico, and canada.

And then john smith wondered why the non profit group acorn pandered the democratic congress in 2006 to force banks to give low income home loans to people on ramen noodle budgets forcing the banks and insurance companies out of business and causing a great depression from when the housing bubble exploded causing johns home to be worth half of what he owes on it.

Then john smith wondered how this socialist democratic congress can scream at the car companies executives for their arrogance in flying in private jets to ask for government bailout money but then the same lying hypocritical congress all take off on ludicrous junkets in the first three weeks of february chartering military jets and first class around the world at the taxpayers expense. John smith wonders how nancy pulosi gets to take her family to france for valentines day at taxpayer expense. Oh its official business. Ohhhh yeahhhh- right!

And then john smith wonders about those car companies and oil companies and their union interests. Those car companies had 80 years to build a quality car with great mileage and alternative fuel technology but didn't. Now they are going out of business overnight because they can't afford to pay their retired employees ridiculous pension programs? So they have all of their hands out to the taxpayers? They plead to their unions for concessions to help but the greedy unions don't budge? And then when the car companies get their checks they teach the unions a lesson for not helping by closing 26 auto manufacturing plants putting all those employees out on the street? John now understands what a "Dog eat dog" world is.

it's funny how people forget that....

What is really scary. Was to see the people lineup for it. I have seen dogs with more self respect. And, yes I am self employeed and sucking air right now. One F'up doesn't call for enother! Times are tough, and many folks are hurting. But, we have passed the Bandaid stage. No, I don't know the cure. Or any alternatives. But, remember, these people are our elected leaders. They are there because they were elected there. Think about it.

They are are elected leaders because "None of the above" is not a valid selection.

I agree with that although we the people can take them out of office if need be !!!!

My point was that these our leaders. If you sit on your friggin arse. Expect to be treated like a mushroom! These people are OUR representatives! If you are not willing to voice your oppinion to them. What the heck do you expect? Thats like selling your place on Ebay without a minimum bid! Come on folks it ain't that friggin hard!
