With all this illness you been Having you need to pump up your immune system. The Dr has me on calium with vitamin D good for the bones. Plus I take a multi vitamin and potassium if I don't have a bananna that day :) I need to get back to eating healthy again. I take those vitamins but not the potassium. The potassium is because I take a water pill for high blood pressure. Most HB pills will take the potassium out of your system. Good your back on the road to recovery :)
