Okay, maybe this isn't the ideal forum, but the games one is all about Thread Games. Not Games or Gaming Consols or any such thing.

I broke down and bought a Wii and Wii Fit. It is interesting. I know I have bad balance, and it is all about the balance board. This is a good thing for me. Horrible time with the push ups section. Not because I can't do them. But because the raised level of doing them on the balance board hurts my wrists something terrible.

But in every game in it, my balance is HORRID! Except Yoga, in which my balance is actually very good. Seems odd to me. Hopefully this will give me some accountability.

Like most everything else, using Wii Fit requires practice. Yeah, there's some balancing involved, but you just gotta stick with it until you get the hang of it.

I'm also good at bowling and terrible at everything else.

I pretty much suck at most of the Wii Fit games as well. But I've found that I kinda get used to them the more I try to play them.

I always have to compete with myself. So I'll want to beat my scores.

I've been a Wii owner for about a year and a half now. I tried the Wii fit for about three months and got bored with it. I plan on digging it up, and dusting it off, in the next couple months.

I don't appreciate it telling me I'm "obese" when I'm simply "overweight". And the scale is not accurate. One day I'll weigh a certain amount, and the next..I won't. WTF?? The balance thing is off too. I think the Wii fit is overrated.

Seeing as the scale tends to agree with the one in my bathroom, I figure it must be fairly close.
