Total flashback...


More than several years ago, in early spring,comming home from work, on small 2 lane road, this rabbit came darting off a bank, right in front of me...I braked, right on it...ugg...

I backed up, and sat still for a few min...didn't want to get out and look, then I saw it, dragging itself to the other side of the road, with its front paws, body torn in half...Oh geez...

Of course I cried...went home, told the kids..still crying......


Their response was..."Mom, you killed the Easter Bunny...Teen age "sh**s....

Cried for 3 wks, everytime I thought about it..

your still a murderer though .....jk

If you put corn on the road, you can get more rabbits and squirrels.

I remember the first squirrel I ever hit. I was in an argument with my hubby and was driving around crying over his stupid azz and out ran the squirrel. I cried even harder and was mad at him because if it weren't for him I wouldn't have been out driving.

Something like that happened to me but as I breathed a sigh of relief for missing it the first time...it ran back out in the road & I got it with my back tires...I should've never looked in the rear-view mirror...it was doing the jitterbug...UGH! It still makes me sick!

I usually aim at em...dang pests...
