yes, but if somebody comes along and says the right things, are we to be a victim of their manipulation? some men like sugar mamas. a piece of lovely azz.... Im tough, and i have a big enough heart i can care for the harshest most VILE patients...and make him and his family love me. idk...im doomed at RELATIONSHIPS ive been told that I should seek help. alls i wanted was him to get a custody agreement for his children and a job

friday night...oneof my patients (*name/number withheld)
HX hep C, HIV, syhphillis admiting dx...workup for a liver transplant....cuz hep c kilt him and his belly is filled with fluids (lloks like he needs tapped daily) his eyes are yellow. and he is coughing up blood tinged sputum. throwing his kleenexs on the floor. i glove up. (doubel glove..shhhhhhhhhh) and pick them up, sanitze the floor and wonder why these patients dont come with a godamned label, so when housekeeping or dietary walk in...they know |
