I think this is an important idea. Feelings are transient, what we choose to do from moment to moment is what not only makes us who we are, but directly effects how people feel about us from moment to moment. After all with anyone we engage with on a daily basis we will eventually go through the gamut of all emotions, however we choose how to respond and why.

Its all about what we do.

haha, this reminds me of my college theater professor, she firmly believed that all thoughts, ideas, emotions where internal actions anyways. That our environment and our minds where inseparable.

Love is knowing we can be...

Believe it is both. It is an emotion that motivate one to action. It is also an action that can invoke an emotion or an action.

(love is a roller coaster) I feel it it so much more than just the book answer of action and emotion it is such a very complex word how can you even really define it there are so many different words to describe love can you really narrow it down to just two words.
