Apparently you're talking divorce. I agree. After a certain period of time you should be legally divorced without the BS in court. Otherwise just tell him/her to get lost.

step one purchase alcohol. Step two drink alcohol. Repeat as necessary. if u did it right ull end up in the real 12 step program.
