Recall my writing you and inquiring why I couldn't find my friend,
Inkslingeronyou? Well, he flew in from Florida today and is sitting on
my bed right this minute, so he DOES exist!!!

We both posted to my thread under "General Discussion", and he invited
me to be his "Friend" here.

So...I get the confirmation/invite at my AOL inbox, right? But when I
click on the link to accept the invite, there IS NO INVITE in my
mailbox!!!

Why are we blocked from sending each other mail? Help me!

He de-activated his account.

It is actually a bug that he can send a friend request while his account
is de-activated.

We will fix this by making it very clear if you de-activate your account
and then come back on... You should have to re-activate again before you
can do anything else.

I understand (in theory) what you've said. But then how was it possible
for him to post to my thread?

De-activated accounts can still post or send friends...

That's the bug...

Just have him Re-Activate his account
