Wouldn’t god be hard pressed to send a decent human being to hell that had always been kind and loving and basically good natured but just not Christian?

As there is no Hell in the Jewish religion, I wonder where the Xians came up with the idea. Some scholars point out that the valley of Gehenna was were they burned the trash and it was only a metaphor which was later interpreted as a real Hell. BTW, all of us guys know what Hell is... a woman scorned.

No one is in Heaven, except Christ and God the Father. When you die, everyone goes back to the ground, until the resurrection. 
so exactly what is Jesus and God doing in Heaven as their followers pray for deliverance from the suffrage of Earth and what are they waiting on ... is this an indication that they have no "Free Will" to act on their on and are controlled by the prophecies of the bible or another higher power than themselves |

Since believers are not require to go beyond the scope of the bible then exactly what would they be doing in Heaven besides worshipping a God . also is the Christian Singles Forum a reflection of how Heaven will be with nothing left to talk about or disagree with and thus condemning the occupants to become stagnant in thought … what can Heaven dwellers talk about that wouldn’t be considered by God to be blasphemous …no science ...no politics ...no new thoughts or ideas that doesn't include how to submit to God That all a believer can do in Heaven is to praise God only and only talk about ways to serve God and nothing beyond that for an eternity.... seems to be the place most like Hell what are you so worked up for if you aint gonna be there anyway! you should be more concerned about the hell your gonna burn in

But is that enough? to be kind, loving, and basically good natured, isn't that kinda dumb? to have lived your whole life not seeking any higher power, not wondering at all what God has put in any of the good books, be it the Koran, the Torah, or the Bible...never wondering about what he/she is expected of doing to get into heaven, that same person might be constantly going to see prostitutes, or a compulsive liar..I know we are all sinners and will be till the day we die, but isn't it our responsibility to seek what God wants for us.. |

"Italy0219" ...if you actually believed what you just posted then why do you still sin knowing that God is looking at you it appears that you don't care what God think or why would you keep sinning ..or do you just lack control over yourself why do you make excuses of why you sin by saying that everyone sin ...if everyone start jumping off cliffs would you do the same ...if you actually had Faith in God you would no longer sin ...it's that simple |
