salmon and eggs. yummy....if your fishing trout and eggs is awesome too.

if you can get ahold of some fresh rosemary bring that along, it pretty
much complimets everything when you are camping. best of luck

And dont forget to take some fresh fruit along too. You can use the toast idea and take one piece of bread, put fruit or pie filling on it and then cover it with another piece and squish the edges together (remove the crust). Toast one side and then the other to have a fruit filled breakfast (or dessert).

Of course if you want to make a really easy breakfast while camping take some coffee cake (already made), some fruit and some peanut butter. You can dip apples into the peanut butter and still have something sweet coffee cake and no cooking!!
