Nope, as there's not enough methyl-mercaptan (the chemical that actually causes the "stink" in flatulence) present to actually stink enough. Not only that, but a majority of the substance (along with any methane that might also come up) will get trapped in the molecules of the water, as well.

Yeah. Most of it's coming up through the water. Some will come up as bubbles, but there'll be more filtering through the molecules.
