I work in a factory at night and I am the only woman in there and those guys say and show me some nasty stuff on their phones I just shake me head and say, "You all need Jesus!"

Sorry you have to put up with that. If you keep track of times and so forth you could nail them with their own cell phone records. There are people at the Justice center who will help you catch the jerks. That is sexual harrassment.
